This will aid in stopping/blocking hydrostatic water vapor, but is not designed to stop below slab off-gassing. We have nothing for concrete that will do that.
Will this penetrating sealer block both moisture and any below slab off-gassing/gasses? SAMPLE - Green Building Supply, Penetrating Concrete Sealer Concrete & Masonry Sealers
