Does hydraulic cement use INSIDE YOUR HOUSE HARMFUL? Thank you. I cannot use the GBS Sealer on a cement basement wall that has paint on it, correct? Water is coming in where floor meets the wall. Thank you.

Normal poured concrete walls are not harmful inside your home. However, we do recommend sealing them to prevent moisture intrusion, dusting, spalling and cracking. Application must be on a porous surface, i.e. without sealers, paint, dirt, grime etc.
