Patch before. If you seal before you patch that would adversely affect the adhesion of the patch material to the sealed concrete.
I have cracks (less than 1/8th inch wide) in my ground floor concrete wall. Should I patch the cracks before or after using the sealant? SAMPLE - Green Building Supply, Penetrating Concrete Sealer Concrete & Masonry Sealers
