I poured concrete to plug a hole into a ceramic planter pot which I wanted to use as a container pot for my water lilies. However, the pot has a slow leak which I want to seal. I read that this product cannot be used submerged in water, I am wondering if I can use it on the outside of the pot instead. Will it still be safe for my fish?

GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer is designed to be used only on porous concrete, and will not work on a ceramic surface. If you're looking for something that will seal this type of material check out AFM Safecoat Dynoseal and apply it to the inside of the pot. AFM Safecoat Dynoseal will work to make the pot watertight, but we have never tested it on fish.
