I have had marmoleum in my kitchen 15 years but want to change it . Can the new marmoleum Be glued on top over it instead of removing it? My old floor is in good shape but some dings and scratches SAMPLE - Forbo Marmoleum Striato - Sheet, Desert Sand Marmoleum Sheet - Glue Down

Unfortunately, you cannot glue Marmoleum sheeting over the top of any type of sheeting such as vinyl or linoleum. A better option would be to use the Marmoleum Click Cinch Loc Panels which can be floated directly over the top without glue. Very easy DIY installation. Any of our other floating floors such as cork, bamboo or hardwood may also work well over the surface of your existing floor.
