We plan to install something over a plywood floor in a shed/studio space. Will have a couple of heavy work tables that are meant to roll out of the way. Can Marmoleum click withstand the weight/movement? Weight of work table plus presses is maybe 100-150 lbs.

Yes, it can certainly handle that amount of weight which is typical of desks and furniture. The manufacturer always recommends using some spacers underneath the feet to help spread the load and prevent denting over time.
