Forbo does not recommend gluing down Cinch Loc. It was intended to be a floating system and Forbo has not conducted any testing on how an adhesive would hold up over time when the core tries to expand/contract. Also, applying adhesive may squeeze up into the grooves and prevent the tiles from clicking into place properly. If you would like glue down tiles, check out Forbo's MCT or Modular tiles as they are both meant to be glued down. Forbo does not make coordinating moldings for their floors but, Versatrim.com offers molding for the Marmoleum click cinch loc.
