Unfortunately, we would not recommend installing Marmoleum Click Cinch Loc where a floor drain or sump pump is present. As the manufacturer puts it "If a floor drain or sump pump is present, it is there for a reason. DO NOT INSTALL Marmoleum Click Cinch Loc on that level." Towards the end of this year we will offer a new product called Wise Cork that will be a waterproof floor that can handle damp basements. However, be advised that no manufacturer, including the luxury vinyl, Coretec or others with rigid cores do not warrant their floors for floods.
