From a surface wear/durability standpoint, there wouldn't be an issue. The only concern with using Cinch Loc in this type of application would be in ensuring the subfloor is within the flatness requirement of 3/32 in 6 span. If there were to be any high or low areas in the subfloor this, combined with the continued vertical movement of the tiles when the wheelchair would be moved over the seams, can result in the locking mechanisms being jarred loose or potential damage to the locking mechanism itself. If there are inconsistencies in the subfloor, using one of the glue down products would be a better option.
