Any exterior grade paint can be used for indoor applications. It's just the opposite that is not true (you should not use interior paint for exterior applications).
This paint is labelled for exterior use, but is there any reason it couldn't be used for an indoor basement floor that is concrete? SAMPLE - ECOS Exterior Porch and Floor Paint, Untinted Paints & Primers
