Can you recommend one of the paints you stock for hardwood floors? We're opting for paint rather than stain/varnish due to pet damage. Planning to sand down first. Would the Eco's furniture paintable be durable enough?

ECOS Exterior Porch and Floor Paint would be better. It's a zero VOC non-toxic self-priming paint. 3 coats are recommended. 410 SF/gallon. We can color-match almost any major paint company, or you can choose from the ECOS colors. It's best to order the refundable fan deck or buy a sample first, to be sure.
