Can this product be used on an outside bar top? It has a roof over it but will still get some exposure rain and the elements.

Yes, this can be used outdoors. Rain will not hurt it, but the sun will. Long term exposure to the sun will eventually turn the wood gray. It's better to use a product with some pigment that will block UV light such as Vermont Natural Coatings PolyWhey Exterior Penetrating Stain or Rubio Monocoat Hybrid Oil.
