I live in the snow belt in Central NY. The entire floor on my deck is teak, can this be used for annual maintenance? If so how many times a year do you recommend this product applied ?

This product can work but the application instructions on our website must be adhered to. We recommend that you test first with a small sample to make sure it penetrates properly and provides the appearance you are looking for.
