Without knowing for sure what is currently on the floor, it is difficult to say if the BioShield, Floor Milk could work on top of it. The only way to know for sure is to test it and see how it responds to the floor.
Can floor milk be used on pine flooring to clean and restore wear? It is about 40 years old and I am unsure of what finish it has ( polyurethane?). It was installed long before we moved in. SAMPLE - Bioshield, Floor Milk Wood Stains & Sealers
