Does the click system allow you to open and close the floor from time to time to reach a trap door in the floor?

That is a strong "No". Unclicking your floor and clicking it back together again to access things beneath (like a trap door) will put a vast amount of strain on the clicking mechanism, it is not made for and not warranted for that kind of use. Click floors are intended to click together once and then done.
