No. This is a click floating floor that needs a degree of space so the floor can expand and contract during the changing seasonal humidity and temperature of your home. To add a seal on top of this already sealed floor is not going to help the wooden core which is still exposed to water which can seep in through the cracks between boards if you let standing puddles stand.
