Per the verbiage on the product page, "They (these floors) can be easily installed without glue by floating over most flat, stable subfloors made of concrete, plywood or even over existing vinyl, linoleum or tile floors. ". The installation guide from them is a bit confusing. But you may install it over a stable, flat, high grade plywood subfloor.
