New Wallboard Primecoat is formulated to work specifically with drywall. AFM Transitional Primer is the best fit for trim. If you want one primer to do both these things, we recommend you use AFM Transitional Primer, with the caveat that drywall tends to be thirsty, and may require a second Transitional Primer coat depending just how thirsty it is. (This should be apparent as you go. The goal of primer is to get a smooth/even white tone everywhere, so the color of the paint you put on top will have a smooth/even tone as well.)
