Can AFM SafeChoice Lock Out be used on shower or outdoor curtains that have been previously treated with chemicals?

AFM Safecoat Lockout was designed for synthetic carpet fibers. Lockout isn't made for wet areas and continuous exposure to water would probably wear off the product. Sorry there's not a better option for this project. Best of luck.
