If I spill a jar of tomato sauce on this floor will it stain?

The 3-coats of water-based polyurethane finish and the cork composition help make the floor resistant to stains, but does not make it invulnerable to stains. Tomato sauce will stain any floor if you spill it and do not clean it up, it is acidic and will gradually eat it's way through the finish. The same is true of red wine. You will want to wipe up anything spilled as soon as possible to prevent staining; use a damp, clean rag.
