We would suggest contacting a contractor to discuss how to waterproof under the deck and lay the subfloor. For the waterproof cork, it would be best to glue it directly to the subfloor. This will keep the floor stable against expanding/contrasting with temperature ranges. Please note, that a location that is not maintained within the temp/humidity of the manufacturer's instruction (65F to 82F and relative humidity range from 35% to 65%) will not be covered under warranty. This floor is intended for interior climate-controlled spaces only.
