I used teak oil on our front door last year which is an old ship door. Will your product penetrate or do I need to use a cleaner first or wait another year before reapplying your oil?

Bioshield Teak Furniture Oil requires that the surface is clean and lightly sanded with 100 grit sandpaper to open the pores. This will allow the oil to penetrate into the wood.
