The Combo System is two pieces of 6mil plastic, one side clear and one side blue, with Styrofoam beading in the center. It has no odor, is zero VOC and provides a vapor barrier and underlayment all in one product. This is the product recommended by Kahrs for all of their flooring. An alternative is our QuietWalk Plus which provides a better way for moisture to migrate into the air instead of being trapped underneath. It is also zero voc and non-toxic and has a better sound rating too. It is made especially for our customers without antimicrobials.
