One minute for virus and bacteria, five minutes for fungi. That means if you spray or wipe the surface with HydroxiPro concentrate or Powersafe or a wipe, and let it stand one minute, it will be enough. You can let it sit longer than a minute, it won't hurt anything but it also will not be beneficial (unless you are going after mold)
