Can this be used on a new concrete slab (1 month old) that has a curing agent in it? If yes, will it allow the concrete to continue to dry while allowing water vapor to escape in order to prevent mold growth?

New cementitious surfaces should age at least thirty days and have a pH below 10 prior to using this product. This product will not prevent mold and mildew growth and should not be used in areas of high water flow or where water can pool (it being water-based, it will break down underwater). We sell non-toxic products, which means nothing has fungicides or mildewcides.
