If I get samples of this paint will the colors be the same as the Ecos Air purifying paint?

Yes the tinted color would be the same for the Air Purifying paint (ECOS uses the same tint guide for all it's colors). If you want to get color samples of this product they have to be ordered from ECOS directly as we don't do color samples since we don't do any of the tinting here, it's all done in the manufacturers facility.
