I realize the RMC Oil Plus 2C need to be used within 4-6 hours, once mixed. I need to know if I open a can of Accelerator (part B) , and only need part of it, can I store it for another time?

You can store unused Rubio Monocoat Accelerator B for a very short period of time. As long as it is still liquid, it's good. It really depends on how well you can seal it. In general, Accelerator B goes bad in a couple of months after opening.
