Hi on your site one can buy a sample size for $9.95. It�s unclear if that includes the part b or accelerator. I have never used the product and would like to try a sample.First. How to do that?

The sample is just part A to show you color on your wood. When you click on the color you want, you then scroll down to Add Sample To Cart and click on it. You will then see the shopping cart tells you you have a part A sample in your cart. You cannot get a sample of the accelerator.
