Help!! We were away when our contractors treated our deck with Revive. Unfortunately, they mixed in the wrong color paint and it's way too light. We love the texture but the color is truly an eye sore. Can we use something for a darker top coat? Thanks!

Once DeckRevive has cured, it's fairly difficult to remove. The manufacturer suggests that sanding the surface, using a commercial floor sander with 30-40 grit sandpaper, will be effective. The sandpaper will have to be changed frequently. Then, once the deck is clear, you will need to re-sand with 60 or 80 grit, per their recommendation. There is no way to darken or alter the product.
