What about bathrooms? is this okay for bathrooms? and how is it for wiping off stains ? will the paint come off with the wipe or will it be good like satin?

Bioshield Clay paint can be used in bathrooms that don't have good ventilation. Excessive moisture can be a challenge as this paint is very porous. It also would not be our first choice for a bathroom as it does not wipe down like a traditional semi-gloss paint.
