I'd like to try a sample of BioShield wood counter finish. I have an old oak table with all the finish worn off. We wash it all the time and the kids play on it with their clay, etc. We would like to roll out pie crust on it, etc. And would like to wash it without the water soaking into the wood. Do you have a better recommendation?

Although we have many different finishes to choose from, the most moisture resistant and longest lasting would be our AFM Safecoat EXT polyurethane finish which is exterior grade, non-toxic and designed for heavy abrasion and abuse.
