I have read that cork flooring does not do well in places where there are extremes in temperature. We would like to lay cork over a tile floor in Phoenix Arizona where there can be 30 degree changes in temperature in one day, and temps ranging from the 40 in the winter to 115 in the summer. Humidity is usually low - it is 17% today. Of course, our homes are AC/heat controlled, but failures can happen. Will cork floors work in this setting?

This new Waterproof Cork will be durable and can be placed in your type of climate. Installing the floor as a glue-down would prevent any movement. You may also float the floor and leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter.
