It is meant as a penetrating waterproofer for concrete. It is not topical and isn't meant to make it less susceptible to things such as oil stains. Oil will still stain it.
Can this be used to seal a concrete garage floor? I'm looking for something non-toxic that will make the floor easier to clean and less susceptible to oil stains, stone dust from our road, etc. SAMPLE - Green Building Supply, Penetrating Concrete Sealer Concrete & Masonry Sealers
