Can I apply this product on an unheated slab (inside)? Ambient and product temperature can be brought up to 70, but instant read thermometer shows 50 on the concrete itself. (Boiler for radiant heat is not yet installed).

Per the manufacturer, 50 degrees is bare minimum. It takes a long time for concrete to warm up enough. They would suggest waiting a bit longer until the surface temperatures warm up to at least 55 degrees and thats after a few days of those warm temperatures before applying sealer. You may order a small sample online to test.
