We plan to seal a radiant slab that�s fully cured but not yet heated. It�s inside the house�so we can keep the ambient temp and product temp nice and warm (~70). The slab itself is reading 50 on an instant read thermometer. Is that warm enough to fully penetrate?

Yes. For the GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer to penetrate (soak in), the ambient temperature needs to be above 55 degrees F for two days before the application and one day after. Your ambient temperature inside the house meets that requirement.
