No. While the Vermont Exterior Penetrating Water Proofer will waterproof wood, it has zero abrasion resistance and zero UV protection. The wood will look and feel and age/gray like raw unfinished wood, but it will be waterproof. As it is a waterproofer you can also not apply anything over wood treated with the waterproofer, as no water-based products will stick to a waterproof surface. This product is made for exterior applications like fence posts, siding, etc. This is also an exterior grade product, so not meant for use indoors.Based on what your overarching goals here are, we'd probably recommend something along the lines of a topical finish instead, to seal in off-gassing from the plywood, smooth over raw wood, and provide a water-resistant, cleanable surface.
