How can a product be sold as safe and non-toxic if the label says to avoid breathing the vapor or mist?

The product is non-toxic because it does not contain hazardous chemicals. When wet, there is a minimal odor which dissipates once dried. Most manufacturers of coatings, finishes and sealers contain this type of warning for legal purposes just as they say keep out of reach of children. It's common sense.
