Be sure to power wash the 50/50 bleach out thoroughly before applying the sealer. Otherwise, any remaining sodium hydroxide may react with the sealer when applying. Then allow plenty time for that to dry as you've forced all kinds of liquid into the concrete and it takes time to all leave. Concerning cleaning maintenance, the 50/50 bleach/water mix should be fine once the sealer has adequately cured. Assuming you aren't cleaning the concrete on a weekly basis. If so, then reduce the bleach % dramatically.
