The best maintenance is routine dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, etc. This will help remove any dust, dirt, grit, etc., which can dull the appearance of the concrete sealer if left on the surface.Routine damp-mopping with a commercially available, mild floor cleaner. Avoid cleaners that contain ammonia, harsh chemicals, abrasives, etc., which can also dull the surface. Wipe up liquid spills as quickly as possible. Do not allow water or other liquids to puddle and remain on the sealer floor.
