We consulted with the manufacturer about your pits. It sounds like you used the etch product correctly, what happened is with the scrubbing and cleaning pits that were hidden before were made visible. We suspect the pits were always there and would have become apparent with or without the etching. This sealer is a penetrating product that leaves no topical top coat, it soaks into the concrete and the only time you will see the benefits are when the concrete gets wet, then water will bead on the surface rather than soaking in. As such, the pits will not be flush with the top surface. We do not carry any products that would fill in pits.If you are bound and determined to remove these shallow pits, that takes a special, expensive, concrete contractor level specialization of grinding your surface to create a slurry and then using the slurry to fill the pits.
