Best cleaner for exterior brick column that has mold/mildew from years of neglect? We use a lot of your products, but I'm not sure what would work on EXTERIOR MASONRY. Everyone else says bleach and you know I'm not going there ;- ). Also, anything that might work for concrete driveway when power washing doesn't quite get it all? Thanks!

HydroxiPro Concentrate will kill mold and mildew if left on the surface for 10 min or longer. Mold can often leave stains and those are challenging to remove without stronger alkaline-based products. Unfortunately, most of them are dangerous to use as they are caustic and often contain toxic chemicals and/or biocides and fungicides (pesticides).
