I am looking for an ammonia free product to clean a marble counter that we have for food preparation, is that a good product for it?

Yes, it is good for this application as long as the marble has been sealed It will not dull the surface or leave any residue. The VOC content is less than 1% and has almost no odor. Other surface cleaners you should consider are; HydroxiPro Powersafe and Blissfully Clean.
