If a wall painted with this paint is later painted with latex paint, will the latex adhere to it? Does this paint have a noticeable texture (as images suggest), and would there be a noticeable texture to subsequently applied paint?

Yes, normal water-based latex paints will all adhere to Bioshield Clay paint. Texture depends upon application. If a normal 3/8" nap roller is used, the texture will be just like normal paint. However, greater texture can be achieved with different types of rollers and yes, if paint was applied over that texture, it would be noticeable. Clay paint is very thick, non-toxic, zero VOC and produces a beautiful matte finish. It is completely different in look and feel from normal acrylic type paints.
