How long does the peroxide need to sit wet on a surface in order to disinfect? I've read 12 minutes, however no mention of this in the description.

The manufacturer has stated one minute for virus and bacteria, five minutes for fungi. That means if you spray or wipe the surface with HydroxiPro concentrate and let it sit on the surface for one minute, it will be enough to disinfect. That said, there is no reason you could not let it sit for longer, but there is no added benefit in doing so.
