Does concrete slab need to be etched before using this?

If your concrete slab is any of the following, you must etch and completely clean the concrete with a degreaser prior to painting:1) Sealed, 2) troweled (concrete surface profile between CSP-1 and CSP-2), 3) the pH is not between 7-10, or 4) the moisture content of slab is greater than 15%. You must also wait at least 30 days after concrete has been poured before applying any paint.
