Yes, it is made for outdoor use on the outside of a raised garden bed. It will not hold up to damp earth on the inside, however. For the inside we recommend AFM Safecoat Dynoseal which is a non-toxic below grade waterproofing membrane that will not leach into the soil. It is perfect for this application. Very popular for raised garden beds or protecting wooden fence posts underground, etc. It is almost black in color and is not good above ground as there is no UV inhibitors. Use the Vermont products for that.
