Rolling chairs are xxxx floors, in general. The Waterproof Cork isn't "cushy" like people think of corkboard that goes on the wall or a cork underlayment. You may order the sample box for a 10 day rental. Then, you'll be able to see the cork in person to know how dense this particular cork floor is. It's best, on any floor, to buy a floor mat meant to go under rolling office chairs. That will protect any floor you buy.
