We'd recommend that you start by using the Rubio Monocoat Exterior Wood Cleaner. This will take a lot of the faded and grey look away and help get rid of dirt that may be in the pores of the wood. You should notice a pretty significant difference after using the Rubio Cleaner. Once cleaned then you can seal it with the Rubio MonoCoat Hybrid Exterior which will help nourish and rejuvenate the wood. It comes in a wide variety of color options as the pure (clear).
