Marmoleum Click Cinch Loc is not available with special boarders, however, you can certainly use different colors of the Cinch loc to frame your floor with a 12" wide boarder. This is best done with the 12x12 squares. The sheet of Marmoleum will not work in conjunction with the Cinch loc as it is only 1/8" thick and the Cinch loc is 3/8" thick. The sheeting might be a better solution for your application since it comes 79" wide and can be cut to any length. Generally it is glued down but if the piece was small enough you could move it around as needed. It was not made for this purpose but it could work if you were careful moving it around and had some way to keep the edges from getting damaged.
