GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer is designed to prevent moisture intrusion and will also prevent some staining as long as the sealer has fully saturated the concrete. It is not designed to handle strong acids. If the sealer was not completely saturated, then the surface will remain porous and absorb liquids. If this is the case, then more sealer can and should be applied. Too much sealer will sit on the surface and will create a different sheen, often shiny. It won't hurt anything and will eventually wear off through walking and cleaning.The HydrOxi Pro Concentrated Cleaner is used to clean and remove bacteria from difficult organic spots.
